Product Expansion with Cash App

How might we integrate Castiron’s small business tools into Cash App to help sellers grow and manage their business?

Goal

As part of Castiron’s broader growth strategy, I worked directly with our CEO to explore how our small business infrastructure and tools could be repackaged and embedded within other strategic partner platforms. For Cash App, we envisioned how millions of sellers already using the platform for payments could benefit from our business management tools natively built into the experience.

This work was conducted over the course of two days to support an early-stage conversation between the Castiron and Cash App teams.

Outcome 💡

This concept served as a conversation starter for potential platform collaboration with Cash App, showing how Castiron’s small business infrastructure could expand far beyond our existing audience. It also helped clarify a repeatable product strategy of integration Castiron’s capabilities into platforms that already serve entrepreneurs, extending our reach while lowering the barrier to entry for sellers.
